This high quality property on 1st floor features a small hallway, a double bedroom, and en suite shower with basin and toilet.

There’s also a twin bedroom and adjacent full tiled deluxe full bathroom and granite topped vanity unit. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and share a south facing balcony embracing elevated views of the s/pool.

There’s also a living area, with Lcd on an elegant display unit, and a large sofa convertible to a single bed, where paintings personalise the space, and add a personal touch providing rich colour. It also includes a dining corner where a rectangular table with 6 matching high back chairs play an important part illuminated by a generous supply of lighting that adds a further warm glow. The accommodation is completed by the kitchen decorated with solid granite worktops and lightwood cupboard fronts offering plentiful storage fully integrated with all modern appliances like inbuilt dishwasher and fridge, electric ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and central vacuum cleaner etc. An additional laundry room houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has its own independent back door opening onto a rear terrace with patio furniture with views of the lovely surroundings.

On site amenities include extensive well-kept lush green lawns with automatic irrigation, a children’s playground and a sizeable individual shaped s/pool, and outside shower as an alternative to the nearby Oura beach. We provide 4 sunbeds with mattresses which means you do not have to get up early to grab a spot!

An additional staircase gives access down to the basement and garage, where guests benefit from free underground parking. A video phone entry system also provides a secure and safe location for your stay.

Designed to blend comfort and convenience this apartment is a good choice for those who like to be at the heart of the action in a super central location offering a wide selection of bars, and countless dining choices within walking distance to the Oura beach.

Cleaning services: weekly with change of linen. To allow thorough cleaning of the apartment and as we are limited for time between lets we would appreciate the apartment being left as clean as possible without impacting on your holiday. Arrival time is 3pm, to allow cleaning time after previous departures which is 10am promptly. Earlier entry available if possible.
